• The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the membership purchase or renewal.
• Refunds are only available for unused services, including personal training sessions and group classes.
• Refunds are not available for one-time day passes or completed personal training sessions.
• Membership fees paid under promotional offers or discounted plans are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Process

Membership Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership, please provide a 30-day notice via email. Membership fees for the notice period are non-refundable.

Service Correction Option

If you are not satisfied with a specific service, such as a personal training session, we may offer a replacement session instead of a refund.
